FAQ

Every Canvas:

• Comes with hanging hardware attached.
• Is coated to protect against UV light. 
• Is stretched around a solid wood frame.

There are a few steps in the ordering process:

1. Created your canvas or Select Photo Canvas or Canvas Collage 
2. Upload your photo.
3. Check how it looks; is anything important being wrapped around the frame? If so, choose a different wrap style (photo canvas) and or size.
4. Add to cart. Enter and apply your discount code if you have one.
5. Continue shopping or proceed to the checkout and finalize your order with billing/shipping info. 

Upon placing an order an order # is immediately generated and presented upon payment. An email is also sent to you with the order details. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

Once your order has been completed an email is sent to you.

Are the backs covered?

We utilize a simple and unique method of attaching 2 hangers diagonally on the hanging side of the canvas. They are mounted flush to the back of the canvas frame. There are several benefits; first, the canvas sits almost completely flush against the wall thereby eliminating the need for a dust cover. Second, once it is hanged on 2 nails or screws it never moves. No need to straighten it every now then. Lastly, with 2 hangers mounted diagonally it makes it easy to line of your 2 nails/screws. The diagonal mounted hangers allow for a little bit of play allowing for a margin of error when measuring for the 2 nails/screws

TIPS

• A great looking canvas comes down to a great photo. Photos with good lighting and resolution will result in a great canvas.
• Use the image quality meter as a guide
• Try different wrap styles to keep more of your image on the front of the canvas
• Buy more and save more on combined shipping rates

Processing Time 

Orders are processed in sequence as they are received. Depending on the size of the order processing times range from 1-4 business days.

If you need your order to be processed immediately select the “Make it Today”( $50/canvas) option at the checkout. If selected, and your order was placed before noon eastern it will be processed and shipped the same business day otherwise the next business day. Choose the shipping option which best fits with your timeline.

 REFUND POLICY

You can get a full refund before your order goes to print. Once the order status changes from " received" to " processing" it is too late to make any changes or get a refund. Stock canvases, such as our own skyline prints are fully refundable with the packaging intact.
